Why is each item different?

Each item is hand painted and due to the unique nature of the materials and how the paint is flowing, each design will turn out slightly different. I find this a very exciting part of the process and sometimes it’s even a surprise to me how the finished item looks!

Do you do custom work?

Yes, I welcome bespoke projects, please contact me to discuss further. Please note, I will not reproduce work or include a design by another artist unless you have permission and/or own the rights to the artwork.

How do I look after my item?

Most items require simple polishing with the cloth provided in order to keep them smear free and looking good. I find a gentle baby wipe and soft dry cloth is a good choice to clean the resin iphone cases. Obviously for all items, you should avoid exposure to excessive wet, extremes of temperature, toiletries and chemicals. Crystal items should be stored separately in your handbag to avoid scratching against other objects.

All items come with their own care card and kit.

What crystals do you use?

Swarovski Elements crystals are used on all items to ensure the ultimate quality and sparkle. All crystals are purchased directly from authorized Swarovski resellers.

Preciosa crystals are sometimes used to increase the number of shades available. I also enjoy sourcing vintage Swarovski and other european rhinestones; quite often they come in colours and finishes which are no longer available. These are used sparingly as accents or in items where the crystals are set in clay.

What is the charge for shipping?

Except for the Mystery Boxes, shipping is included for UK destinations, and it’s a flat fee of £6 for international destinations. All items are sent via the relevant “Royal Mail Signed For” service with full insurance. Please note for orders outside of the UK, your country may charge customs and duty fees and these are your responsibility. More information is in the Shipping Section. Shipping for the Monthly Mystery Box is £2.50 for UK destinations and £7 for overseas.

What is your return policy?

I am committed to giving you a professional service. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me in the first instance. Refunds or exchanges can be made on unused/unworn items, if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and insurance for returns will be your responsibility.
